The first boxes go out in October. After that, every Saturday.
Saturday, and you’ll know when.
The fruit lands on Saturday morning and goes out the same day — that is the whole reason it is as fresh as it is. We message you when your box leaves, so you know roughly when to expect it.
We don’t publish a fixed hour yet. One route covers the city, and the honest answer changes by a couple of hours depending on when the fruit arrives. You’ll always get the message.
Thursday, 8 PM.
That is the cutoff for the coming Saturday. Start, skip or change your never-list before it and it lands on this Saturday. After it, the cartons are already bought against a count, so the change takes effect the Saturday after.
At the door.
We ask you once, before your first box: is it all right to leave it outside your door? If you say yes, that is what we do when nobody answers, and you get a message to say it is there. If you say no, we hand it to you, to someone at home, to a neighbour or to the building’s guard — and if none of them is there, we call you.
You can change that answer any time. Fruit doesn’t keep in a stairwell in the sun, so it is worth telling us the truth about your Saturday.
The box is never collected, whatever happens to it. If a piece disappoints, send a photo and it’s replaced in the next box.

A pin beginning 412 is a waitlist, never a rejection. Leave your number and you’ll hear from us when the route reaches you.
What it costs
Nothing extra. Delivery is inside the box price, every week, at every size.
Who carries it
Us, or a rider we send. Nobody at your door judges the fruit — that’s what the guarantee is for.
