How it works

From the carton to your counter.

One Saturday morning, one box, and everything that goes in, stays out, or comes back.

SaturdayMorning

  1. Landed this week. One carton of one imported fruit, at our door on Saturday morning. Not warehouse-aged.
  2. Every carton, opened. Counted, looked at, bottom layer first. What fails stays out of everyone’s box.
  3. The star goes in. One carton, shared across every box that Saturday. Never announced in advance.
  4. Then the picks, and the base. Nutrient-dense picks, and everyday fruit bought loose from the market that morning.
  5. Never what you hate. No avocado. As promised. Up to three fruits, for good.
  6. Lid on. Note on top. One paragraph about the week, the same for every box. On your counter the same day.
  7. If a piece disappoints. Send a photo. A replacement rides on your next box. Nothing to send back.

That’s the whole method.
